Yes. Bookings run seven days a week, 9am to 9pm, and evening appointments are common out here because most people are not home mid-afternoon. It is all one visit: you look at real samples on your own counters, the consultant laser-measures the room, and you are given the exact installed price before the visit ends. How do you get a full slab into an older house with tight doorways?
Pieces are cut to the layout at the shop, not muscled through the house whole. On template day the crew checks the path in — door widths, the turn at the back kitchen door, stair landings, porch height — and the cut plan is set so every piece clears. Where a piece cannot make the turn in one, we place the seam somewhere it disappears into the pattern, usually at a sink or a corner. That decision is made before fabrication, not on install day.
Which brands and colours can we actually see at home?
The samples that come to Zephyr cover nine brands — HanStone, Caesarstone, Silestone by Cosentino, Dekton, MSI, Viatera, Vicostone, Lucent Quartz and KSTONE — across more than 800 colours. You are not choosing from a photo. If you have narrowed it down before the visit, say so when you book and the consultant brings that range plus a few close alternatives, including anything similar at a different price point. Seeing them beside your cabinets and flooring settles most decisions on the spot.
Why do two Zephyr kitchens the same size land at different prices?
Because the slab is only part of it. Colours sit in different price groups by brand and pattern — a heavy veined look costs more than a plain one — and then the layout does its share: cutouts for sink, cooktop and tap holes, the edge profile you pick, thicker material, waterfall ends, how many seams the runs need, and whether the old tops and backsplash are coming out. Two identical footprints can be specified very differently. That is why measuring happens first.
