Both. Plenty of work along Cedar Grove Drive and the lanes off Regional Road 57 is in places that were seasonal cottages and are now lived in year-round, or somewhere in between. What matters is access and a stable cabinet run, and the consultant assesses both during the in-home visit. Lakeside lanes are narrow and some approaches are tight — we would rather know that when we book than discover it on install morning.
My Caesarea place has walls that clearly aren't square. Is that a problem?
It is normal, and it is precisely why we template on site instead of cutting from a floor plan. A cottage that grew in three stages will have walls out by a noticeable amount over a long run. We measure the actual angles, cut to them at our Pickering shop, and scribe the back edge so the counter meets the wall cleanly without a gap you can see from the sink. A drawing would never catch it.
Can you schedule around weekends, since we're only at the lake then?
Yes. We are open seven days, 9am to 9pm, and weekend and evening appointments are standard rather than a special arrangement. The free in-home consultation can be booked for a Saturday or Sunday while you are up at the lake, and template and install appointments can be arranged around when someone is able to be at the house.
