Quartz Countertops in Newcastle
Newcastle keeps a real downtown — King Avenue, the clock tower on the Community Hall, the shops around the four corners — and then drops toward the lake into newer streets and the Port of Newcastle.
Our consultants cover the village core, the newer subdivisions north and west of King Avenue, the Port of Newcastle streets near the marina, and the rural lots out toward Newtonville.

Newcastle countertop questions, answered
How much do quartz countertops cost in Newcastle?
The number is driven by the slab you pick, total square footage, the edge profile, cutouts for sinks, taps and cooktops, and whether your run needs a seam. Two Newcastle kitchens the same size can price quite differently based on colour alone. Book the free in-home consultation and you will get the exact installed price on the spot, or call us and we will set it up.
Do you charge extra to come out to Newcastle?
No. Newcastle is part of our regular Durham service area and there is no travel surcharge, no minimum job size, and no out-of-area fee. Larger Toronto fabricators often price the drive into the job or decline it outright. We are based in Pickering and run east daily, so it is a normal day for our crews.
Can you do a quartz fireplace surround as well as the kitchen?
Yes. Fireplace surrounds and hearths are a regular part of what we fabricate, and doing them at the same time as a kitchen means one template visit and one install. Bringing the same stone from the counters into the living room ties a main floor together, which works well in the open Port of Newcastle plans.
What about an outdoor countertop near the water?
Quartz is not UV-stable and will fade outdoors, so we do not recommend it for a patio or covered kitchen. For outdoor work near the lake we use Dekton or porcelain, which handle sun, freeze and thaw. Tell your consultant the surface is going outside and they will bring the right samples.
