What we collect
When you request a quote or consultation through a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (if given), and any details you share about your project. If you call us, our phone system records the call and keeps the caller’s number so we can return missed calls and review quality.
How we use it
We use your contact information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry — scheduling your consultation, preparing your quote, and following up about your project. We may send a small number of follow-up emails about your own inquiry; every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our pages, and advertising tags from Google Ads and Meta to measure whether our advertising works. These tools use cookies and may record which page brought you to us. You can limit this with your browser’s cookie settings or an ad blocker; the site works fine either way.
Where your information lives
Form submissions are stored in our own customer-management system and in the inbox of the person handling your inquiry. Call recordings are stored with our call-tracking provider. Some of these providers store data outside Canada; we only work with providers that protect it contractually.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@quickquartz.ca or call 289-939-1193 and we will handle it promptly.
