Quartz Countertops in Woodbridge
Woodbridge kitchens are built to be used. Large custom homes through Weston Downs, Sonoma Heights and the streets around Market Lane routinely have a main kitchen plus a full second kitchen downstairs, and both usually want the same stone. We fabricate in our own Pickering shop, which means big island pieces, mitred waterfall ends and matching backsplashes are cut in-house rather than jobbed out.
Coverage runs across Woodbridge from the Islington Avenue village core out to Vellore Village and Pine Valley. Because so many jobs here involve two kitchens, we template both in one visit and schedule the installs to suit — main floor first when the family is living in the house, or both together on a vacant renovation.

Woodbridge countertop questions, answered
How much should I budget for quartz countertops in Woodbridge?
The number is driven by the material you choose from our nine brands, total finished square footage, the edge profile, cutouts for sinks, cooktops and taps, and how many seams the layout needs. Waterfall ends and mitred edges add fabrication work, and a second basement kitchen adds area. A design consultant measures both kitchens at your house and gives you the installed price that visit.
Can you do the main kitchen and the basement kitchen in the same stone?
Yes, and planning them together helps. Ordering for both at once means the slabs come from the same batch, so colour and veining stay consistent between floors, and it lets us lay the pieces out to get the most from each slab. If the downstairs kitchen takes heavier use for canning and frying, we can talk through which finishes hold up best.
What is book-matched veining, and can you do it on a large island?
Book-matching takes two consecutive slabs and mirrors them so the veining runs continuously across the join, the way a book opens. It works best on strongly veined material and on islands long enough to show the effect. We plan the cut in the shop before anything is machined and walk you through the layout so you know exactly where the mirror line falls.
Do you work with builders on more than one home at a time?
We do. Fabricating in our own shop and buying direct means we can hold a colour across several units and keep install dates tight against a construction schedule. Send the drawings and we will work from cabinet layouts, then laser template each unit once the boxes are set and level. For multiple homes, call the Pickering office directly.
