Quartz Countertops in Maple
Most kitchens we replace in Maple came with the house. The subdivisions off Major Mackenzie and Keele went up through the late nineties and two-thousands with builder-grade laminate or entry-level stone, and twenty years on those tops are the one thing holding an otherwise solid kitchen back. Swapping them is a contained job: same cabinets, same footprint, new surface.
We cover the Maple village core, the neighbourhoods around the Maple Community Centre, and the newer streets running toward Rutherford. Appointments go as late as nine in the evening, seven days a week, which suits families who cannot take a weekday afternoon off to wait around for a measure.

Maple countertop questions, answered
What do quartz countertops cost for a Maple home?
Cost follows the choices you make: which colour you land on out of the range we stock, the finished square footage, the edge profile, the number of cutouts, and whether your layout needs a seam. A standard subdivision kitchen with an L-run and an island is quick to price accurately. Book the free in-home consultation and the consultant gives you the installed figure while standing in the kitchen.
Can you replace builder-grade tops without damaging our cabinets?
That is the usual job here. Laminate tops are screwed down from underneath and come off cleanly in most cases. We check the cabinet boxes at template, and where a builder used thin gables or a dishwasher bracket that will not carry stone, we tell you before install day rather than discovering it once the old top is already out.
Do we have to buy a new sink and faucet?
Not necessarily. If your existing sink is in good shape and drops in from above, it can often be reused. Undermount sinks are different, because the cutout is polished to one exact sink model and the old one may not have been mounted in a way that transfers. Bring the sink details to the consultation and we will confirm what carries over.
Our island is small. Can we extend it with an overhang for stools?
Often, yes. An overhang can extend past the cabinet run, and quartz will cantilever a limited distance on its own before it needs steel or brackets underneath. How far depends on the thickness and the slab you choose. We measure the walkway clearance at the consultation so the new top does not choke the traffic path through the room.
