Quick Quartz Countertops

Quartz Countertops in Unionville

Main Street Unionville is a heritage conservation district, and the frame houses along it have doorways and staircases that were never built with a three-metre slab in mind. A few minutes north, Angus Glen and Cachet run to executive kitchens with long islands and full-height backsplashes. Quick Quartz fabricates for both ends of that range out of our own Pickering shop.

We template across Unionville proper, Crosby, Bridle Trail, Village Green and the newer pockets east of Kennedy. Consultants carry real stone samples to the house so you can hold a colour against your own cabinets and floor at the hour of day you actually use the room. Weekend and evening appointments are available seven days a week.

Unionville countertop questions, answered

What determines the price of a quartz countertop in Unionville?

Five things move the number: the brand and colour you pick, the finished square footage, the edge profile, how many cutouts the layout needs, and whether the run can be done without a seam. A heritage kitchen off Main Street and a twelve-foot island in Angus Glen price very differently. Our consultant measures at your house and gives you the installed price before leaving.

Our heritage house has narrow doorways and a tight staircase. How do you get material in?

We check access at the template appointment and plan the pieces around it. Where a stairwell or a doorway will not take a full length, the top is broken into sections and the seam is placed somewhere it reads naturally — behind a sink, at a corner, or where the veining absorbs it. Nothing gets forced through a heritage doorframe.

Do you work with interior designers on Unionville renovations?

Regularly. Designers usually want to see the actual material rather than a photo, so we bring samples to site meetings and talk through how a veined slab will run across an island. We can also work directly from a designer's drawings for cabinet layouts, overhang depths and edge details, then confirm everything against the laser template before anything is cut.

Can we do the kitchen now and the bathroom vanities later?

Yes, and it is common. Quartz colours stay consistent between production runs far better than natural stone, so a vanity ordered months after the kitchen will still read as a match in most colours. If you know both are coming, though, doing them together saves a second template visit and often lets us cut the smaller pieces from the same slab.
