How much do quartz countertops cost in Mimico?

Condo kitchens are usually compact but may need extra pieces to fit the elevator, while older houses need scribing to uneven walls. How do you handle a condo installation in a Humber Bay tower?
We plan around the building first. Piece sizes are set so the stone fits the service elevator and clears the corridors, and we work within whatever move-in window your property manager books. Because everything is cut to a laser template before we arrive, there is no cutting in the unit and the install stays inside its scheduled slot.
My waterfront balcony has a counter. Can that be quartz?
No, quartz will discolour in direct sunlight and is not suited to exterior use. Dekton or porcelain is the right choice for a balcony or terrace surface facing the lake, and both come in finishes that pair well with an indoor quartz kitchen. We fabricate both materials in-house.
Q: The condo counter is 24 inches deep with no overhang. Can that change? A: A little, not a lot. The Humber Bay layouts are tight and every inch you add at the front comes out of the walkway, but an inch and a half gives you a proper drip edge and somewhere to stand without narrowing the kitchen in any way you would notice. We measure the clearance to the island or the opposite run before recommending it, because 36 inches between counters is where a galley stops working.
