It also keeps colour and edge detail consistent between rooms, which is hard to achieve across separate jobs.
Do we need to visit a showroom?
Not unless you want to. The in-home consultation exists so you can judge colours against your own cabinetry and daylight rather than under warehouse lighting, and the consultant measures and prices during the same visit.
