Quartz Countertops in Lawrence Park
Deep lots, mature oaks and long private drives define the streets off Blythwood and Dawlish. Kitchens in Lawrence Park tend to be generous, with an island that wants to be a single uninterrupted piece of stone. Because we fabricate in our own shop, we plan seam placement and vein direction around your layout rather than around a supplier's offcuts.
Coverage runs from Yonge across to Bayview and from Lawrence up to York Mills, taking in Wanless Park and Teddington Park. Many of these houses sit above steep, curving driveways, so the carry route gets planned at template. Consultants book evenings and weekends for households where both owners commute downtown.

Lawrence Park countertop questions, answered
What determines the cost of quartz countertops in Lawrence Park?
Stone selection first, then square footage, edge profile, the number of cutouts, and seams. Large islands and waterfall ends consume more material, and heavily veined premium collections sit above the plainer whites and greys. Because every kitchen here is different, we do not quote from a table. A consultant comes to the house, measures, and gives you the installed price on the spot.
Can our island be one continuous piece with no seam?
Often it can. Slab sizes vary by brand and some collections are produced in jumbo format, so the first step is confirming your finished island dimension against what is available in the colour you want. Where a seam cannot be avoided we place it so it disappears — behind a sink, at a natural break in the veining, or off the main sightline.
We want a counter on the terrace overlooking the ravine. Will quartz work outdoors?
No. Quartz is not UV-stable and will discolour in direct sun, so we do not recommend it outside. Dekton is built for exterior use and are what we install on terraces, outdoor kitchens and poolside counters. Your indoor surfaces can still be quartz, and we can pair the two so the outdoor counter reads with the kitchen.
Can someone come out after work hours?
Yes. Consultations run seven days a week, nine in the morning to nine at night, so an evening or weekend appointment is straightforward when both of you commute downtown. The visit covers real stone samples, full measurements and a firm installed price before the consultant leaves. Send the quote form or call the Pickering office to book a time.
