Can you bring samples to the house?
Yes. Consultants carry real stone pieces, not printed chips, so you can hold a colour against original trim, an old floor, or the cabinet doors you plan to keep. Daylight in the room matters more than showroom lighting for that decision. If you want to see whole slabs afterwards, the Milton showroom is open seven days, 9am to 9pm.
Do you take away the old countertop?
Removal is available on install day. The old top comes off in the morning, the new quartz goes on during the same visit, and the debris leaves with the crew. Tell us at the consultation what is coming out — laminate, tile or older stone — because tile beds and mortar take longer to strip than a laminate top.
