Laser templating records the real geometry, including bowed walls, out-of-square corners and floors that have settled unevenly over the years, and the counter is cut to those measurements.
Q: The condo came with a builder's waterfall island. Can you match it? A: Matching a builder original is hit or miss and worth checking before you commit to a partial job. Builder programs in the Lakeshore towers often use a colour that has since been discontinued, so the honest answer is usually to replace the island outright rather than patch one leg of it. Send a photo of the underside label if there is one and we can tell you whether the colour is still in production.
Once the colour is confirmed, most jobs run one to five days from template to install. Templating is usually same-day or next-day. Fabrication happens in our own Pickering shop, which is why the schedule stays tight, and the install itself is normally a single visit of two to four hours.
